Real Estate Agent

We are actively hiring licensed real estate agents who are passionate about helping clients navigate the buying, selling, and renting processes. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct market research to determine property values.
• Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Maintain updated listings of available properties.
• Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services (MLS).

Qualifications:

• Valid real estate license in Ontario.
• Proven experience as a real estate agent.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the local real estate market.
• Proficiency with real estate software and MLS.
